Nicola Scholfield

Nicola is a sustainability professional who helps organisations respond to the ecological and climate change crises. She can help you understand how to bring environmental sustainability into the heart of your organisation and can support your efforts to do this.

She has over twenty years’ experience of engaging people in environmental issues, and her previous employment in sustainability roles include energy company Centrica, carbon offset provider Climate Care and countryside campaigners CPRE.

Her qualifications include a Masters degree in Leadership for Sustainable Development with Forum for the Future and a first class degree in Environmental Life Science from Nottingham University.

She has direct experience of helping a wide range of companies on their journey to environmental sustainability as well as stakeholder engagement programmes to drive forward environmental goals. She has worked across the business and NGO sectors and is also an experienced campaigner, facilitator, writer and speaker.

Nicola currently runs Company of Nature – part of Mint Green Sustainability – which promotes nature connection as an approach to sustainability, wellbeing and biodiversity.
